"People from marginalized backgrounds are heavily impacted by trauma, yet often have the least access to healing spaces like yoga studios. The Yoga Equity Project seeks to address this disparity in the most straightforward way possible, by removing each and every barrier that impedes full participation in healthy practices like yoga."

"It made me feel soooooo happy to be around so many people of color during the adult yoga class. You’re investing in people’s mental and physical health and supporting the creation of much needed community."
